ATTENDING ONLINE
Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet. The live sessions are run through Zoom.
How do I access the online event on the day?
Please log in to the event using the link and log in details in your joining instructions email.
Will the presentations and talks be available to view on demand?
Yes, if you miss the keynotes and presentations, they will be available on demand afterwards.

Which browser is best for attending the online event?
We recommend Chrome and Firefox.
Can I drop in and out of the online event as I please?
Yes, we recommend putting a reminder in your calendar for the presentations you don’t want to miss.
The event has already started, can I still register?
Yes you can still register, but please note that as the event is already in running, it may take up to 24 hours to process your registration.
ATTENDING IN PERSON AT THE ICC BIRMINGHAM
Are there any COVID restrictions in place?
Yes, the ICC has implemented Covid-19 status checks for all guests on arrival. All guests on arrival at the ICC will be asked to show proof of their Covid 19 status and these checks will be carried out at venue entrances by ICC security staff. Once proof of status has been checked, you will be issued with a wristband that you must wear for the duration of the event. Any guest that does not provide one of the accepted methods on arrival will be refused entry into the ICC and Servitization Live. The accepted methods of showing your Covid 19 status can be found here: www.servitizationlive.com/safe-secure
We expect all our guests and staff alike to comply with social distancing behaviours. For Covid reasons, you may be asked to observe one way movement at pinch points around the venue and moving in and out of the event hall. Hand sanitizer will be available within the hall and on the tables in the hall.

Where do I park?
The ICC recommends you pre-book parking at Utilita Arena Birmingham, King Edward’s Road, B1 2AA. Mobile payments can also be made upon arrival at the Arena car park via www.parkjockey.com/pay, quoting location code 5020
Birmingham Clean Air Zone
If you are coming by car, please be aware that Birmingham operates a Clean Air Zone. The ICC and associated visitor car parks are located within this area. Daily charges apply to vehicles entering the zone which do not comply with the zone's criteria. For further information, and to check if your car is Clean Air Zone compliant, please click here.
I have registered to attend in person on one day of the event. Can I join online on the other days?
The online content available to everybody who is registered. You will be able to join live or watch previous sessions on demand. You will have received your log in information in the joining instructions by email.
Can I bring my luggage to the ICC?
The ICC has no capacity to store travel luggage. We recommend making alternative arrangements.
Can I charge my phone or laptop?
There are no power points within the hall for charging devices. We recommend making alternative arrangements.
Will there be filming and photography?
Yes. There will be filming and photography throughout the three days of the event. By attending you are agreeing to appear in incidental film and photography of the general and for these to be used for publicity and marketing purposes by The Advanced Services Group.
Are there power points in the event venue?
There are no power points within the event hall for the charging of devices.
